Job Description
- Operate UA campaigns across countries (100+ countries) and channels (Facebook, Google, Unity, Applovin,Ironsource, etc.) to manage and ensure we can scale and evaluate the games efficiently.
- Create and follow A/B testings to find the best creative concepts.
- Determine the right biddings with respective channels to achieve profit/ROI goals.
- Work with the UA and creative team to ensure a smooth working process.
- Work with the ads networks and vendors to update UA strategies and manage our UA accounts.
Job Requirements
- Have at least 3 year experience in a similar role (UA executive/ performance marketing executive)
- Have experience working with puzzle games
- Have a growth mindset to learn and advance.
- Be independent but still a team player.
- Can use English efficiently in daily communication.
- Data-driven yet creative, result-oriented.
- Experience in evaluating game indicators.
- Good use of Appsflyer or Adjust.
- Proficient in setting up campaigns on Google, Facebook, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, Ironsource, Apple search, Tiktok…
